How to get a Land Use Certificate

  • Land or Property Registration refers to the registration to document changes in ownership and transactions involving immovable property.  This greatly reduces risk of fraud and helps solve disputes easily, in addition to creating and maintaining an up-to-date public record.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    The person applying for a Land Use Certificate must have

    • Up-to-date Tax receipts

    Fees:

    A fee of Rs 50 is to be deposited witht the application.

    How to apply:

    An application is required to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer in plain paper stating details like dag no, patta no, revenue village and mouza along with requisite fee of Rs.50/- which is to be deposited in the Cash Counter till 3.00 PM on all working days.
