The scheme was sanctioned for Rs. 260.00 lakhs under AOP 2012-13 vide No.GDD.328/2012/23  dt 20-07-2013    Work Order No GMDA/45/2013/44 dated 13-02-2014    The Auditorium is located at Roopnagar in the campus of Freedom Fighters Association.    Provision is made for ground and first floor. Ground floor will be utilized for meeting, exhibition, office etc.    The auditorium is accommodated in first floor with provision of Balcony.    Seating capacity of Auditorium is 300.    Plinth Area is 692.45 sq.m.    The ground floor is completed and inaugurated     Total value of work done is Rs. 200.00 Lakhs (approx)    Amount released so far is Rs. 150.00    A.C. System, D.G. Set, stage furnishing are not included in this estimate.
